A password is one possible ‘factor’ for authenticating yourself, something that only you should know. In a Browser: Click on the drop down menu to display a list of options for receiving the code. Select your preferred option and click "Send Code." Once you receive the code, enter it into the "Enter Code" field and click the "Verify" button.
